Named one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in NYC by Super Lawyers, Lorraine Nadel is the founding partner of Nadel & Ciarlo, P.C.  She is a skilled and accomplished real estate, business and commercial litigation attorney, known for her ability to help clients effectively solve problems by providing concrete solutions to complex matters. Having been an accountant with a top accounting firm prior to obtaining her law degree, she offers a combined legal expertise and accounting background which places her far ahead of other attorneys when handling matters for small and large businesses, coops, condos, property owners, brokers, management companies, boards, landlords, tenants and clients alike.

Her practice encompasses a diverse range of dispute and litigation-oriented real estate, business, commercial and landlord/tenant matters. Recent cases have involved title and ownership disputes, LLC member disputes and operating agreement litigation, contract defaults, condo and co-op board litigation, common charge and maintenance defaults, contract down-payment, leasing and foreclosure litigation, developer, construction and contractor defects, as well as commercial and residential landlord/tenant litigation.
